The Simple Path to More Customers

A short, no-jargon guide to branding, websites, and advertising for business owners who want more customers. Enter your email and it's yours, free.

The approach

Most small businesses are paying for the wrong half.

A beautiful site nobody visits earns nothing. Ads pointed at a slow, confusing page waste every dollar. The two have to be built as one thing, which is why I do both and charge for them honestly.

Whether you're a stylist, a photographer, a musician, or something else entirely — if you're building your name from scratch, the same problem applies. This is who this is built for.

The site does the selling

Fast, readable on a phone, and built around one action you want a visitor to take. Not a brochure — a machine with a job.

The ads do the finding

Google for people already searching for you, Meta for everyone who doesn't know you exist yet. Budget follows whatever is actually working.

The numbers stay in plain English

Cost per call, cost per sale, what I changed and why. No dashboard logins, no vocabulary you have to look up.

Why it matters

What a proper setup is actually worth.

This isn't abstract. A site, a brand, and ad spend either work together to bring you customers, or they quietly leak money while looking fine on the surface.

Reach

A site that loads fast and reads clearly on a phone keeps the people who find you instead of losing them at the door. A consistent brand across your site, ads, and social makes you recognizable enough that people remember you specifically — not just "some business" they scrolled past once.

Trust

Most people decide whether a business feels legitimate within seconds of landing on the site. A clean, professional presence does the quiet work of convincing someone to actually call, book, or buy — before you've said a word to them yourself.

Return

The same ad budget performs very differently depending on where it lands. Pointed at a slow or confusing page, it burns clicks that never convert. Pointed at a fast, focused site built around one clear action, that same spend turns into actual calls, bookings, and sales — which is the entire point of spending it.

How a website gets built

01

Intake

A short questionnaire on your business, your goal for the site, and any content or examples you already have. Takes about 10 minutes.

02

Build

The site gets built and put up on a private preview link, so you're looking at a real, working page — not a static mockup.

03

Revisions

Feedback comes back as one consolidated round (more on higher tiers), changes are made directly on the live preview.

04

Launch

Your domain gets connected and the site goes live. You get full login access — nothing stays locked behind me.

Common questions

What do you need from me to get started?

Basic business info, what you want the site to accomplish, and any text, photos, or examples of sites you like. If you don't have content ready, copywriting and photo sourcing are included from the Business tier up.

Do I own the site when it's done?

Yes. The domain and hosting stay in your name from day one — I build it, but you hold the keys. Nothing is held hostage behind a subscription.

Can I make changes myself later?

Small text and image swaps, yes — I'll walk you through it at handoff. For anything bigger, the Care plan covers ongoing edits so you're not stuck waiting or Googling how to do it.

Can the site actually take payments or bookings?

Yes — payment and booking flows are built using established, secure tools (like Stripe for payments or a booking calendar) embedded directly into your site, not a custom system built from scratch. That keeps it reliable and keeps my prices honest.

What if I want something the packages don't cover?

Tell me what you're picturing and I'll give you a straight answer — either it fits into a package, it's a small add-on, or it's scoped separately. No pressure to force-fit.

02 — Branding

Branding and logo

A standalone service, not just an add-on. If your logo is a phone screenshot of a font you liked, or you don't have one at all, this is where that gets fixed — before a site or an ad ever goes live.

Branding, a website, and ad management are each their own service — but they're built to work as one. Bundle any two and get 10% off the smaller one.

How a brand kit gets built

01

Intake

A short questionnaire on your business, your audience, and any colors, styles, or competitors you like or want to avoid.

02

Direction

A couple of logo directions come back for you to react to, so we land on the right feel before going further.

03

Refinement

The chosen direction gets refined based on your feedback — revision rounds match the tier you picked.

04

Delivery

Final files delivered — logo variations, color codes, fonts, and the brand sheet or full system depending on tier.

Common questions

What files do I actually get?

Your logo in the formats you'll need — PNG and SVG at minimum — plus exact color codes, font names, and a one-page brand sheet. Signature also includes the social templates, email signature, and guidelines doc as separate files.

How many logo directions do I see?

You'll see a couple of distinct directions up front rather than one take-it-or-leave-it option, then we refine whichever one fits.

Can I ask for a totally different concept later?

Within the included revision rounds, yes. A full new direction after that point is treated as a small add-on rather than squeezed into what's already scoped.

Do you design everything from scratch?

Every mark is built around your business specifically, not pulled from a template pack. What you get is unique to you.

03 — Advertising

Build your ad plan

Six questions, about two minutes. This is the same intake I'd walk you through on a call — at the end you'll see your plan, your monthly cost, and what you'll get from me, before we ever speak. Every plan includes a detailed analytics report, monthly on the smaller tiers and every two weeks once your budget scales up, so you always know exactly what's working.

Question 1 of 6

How ad management works

01

Intake

The plan builder above, or a short call — either way I need your goal, budget, and what you're advertising.

02

Setup

Campaigns and conversion tracking get built out to match your tier, on ad accounts that stay in your name from day one.

03

Launch

Campaigns go live and get checked closely in the first week so early mistakes get caught fast, not next month.

04

Report & adjust

You get a detailed analytics report, monthly or every two weeks depending on your plan, showing exactly what worked. Budget and creative shift based on that, not guesswork.

Common questions

Who actually pays for the ad spend?

You do, directly to Google or Meta. My management fee is separate and never marked up on top of your spend — you see exactly what you're paying each platform.

How is my fee actually calculated?

It's a flat monthly fee based on which budget range you fall into — find your ad budget in the pricing table and that's your management fee. No percentages, no changing math, no surprises on your invoice.

Do I own the ad accounts?

Yes. Google and Meta accounts are created in your name, so if we ever part ways, everything — audiences, pixel data, campaign history — stays with you.

What if I want to cancel?

Every plan is month to month from day one, running in 30-day campaigns. Renew when it's working, pause or cancel when it's not — no long contracts.

Can I move between tiers later?

Yes, any time. If your budget grows, we move you up a tier. If it needs to shrink for a while, we move you down. Your monthly fee always matches where your ad budget actually is, not where it used to be.

How do you actually measure what's working?

Conversion tracking gets installed directly on your site at setup, so every call, form, or purchase traces back to the exact ad that drove it — not a guess based on overall traffic.

Reporting

What lands in your inbox every month

One page, sent on the 3rd, every month you run ads with me. No dashboard login, no report you have to build yourself — just what happened, what I changed, and what's next, in plain English.

The monthly report

Same format every month, so it's easy to compare and easy to trust

What's on the page

  • What was spent, and where it went by platform
  • How many people it reached and how many clicked
  • Leads, calls, or sales the ads actually produced
  • Cost per result, so you know what each lead or sale cost you
  • My management fee, shown next to what it returned — no hiding the math

Why it's worth reading

  • Written for a business owner, not a marketer — no jargon to look up
  • Every month explains what changed and why, not just what happened
  • Always ends with the plan for next month, before you have to ask
  • You keep every report — a running record of what your ad spend has done
  • If a number looks off, I explain it before you have to ask
Pricing

What ad management actually costs

Two numbers, that's it. Your ad budget goes straight to Google or Meta, from your card, never through me. My management fee is a flat monthly rate on top, based on how big that ad budget is. No setup fees, no percentages, no surprise math.

Find the row closest to what you want to spend on ads each month, and that's your management fee — running in thirty-day campaigns, renewed for as long as you want to keep going.

And you're never locked in. As your budget grows or shrinks, we simply move you up or down a tier to match.
